Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Basis Consultant to join our Cloud Services Delivery and Critical Incident Management team. As a Senior Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running on SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts and incidents related to SAP systems running on SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
- Collaborate with other teams, including Major Incident Manager, Level 3 support, Managed Service Providers, Global Cloud Services, and Hyperscalers
- Streamline standard operating procedures through automation and improve overall efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP Basis, with a strong focus on NetWeaver and Non-NetWeaver technologies
- Experience with HANA DB and other SAP technologies, such as BOBJ, SAP Mobile, Convergent Charging, OpenText, and HANA XSA
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system platforms
- Experience working on Hyperscalers environments, including GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex problems in IT operations
- Strong technical documentation skills and ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams
- Fluent and comfortable with written and oral English communication
