Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Satellite Teams. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complaints, and ensuring all files are properly documented and secured.

Responsibilities
* Provide attentive and efficient service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
* Solve complaints from clients and employees, using strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
* Run reports to ensure numbers are being met by the department and the clients, using data to inform decision-making
* Ensure all files sent to demands have the necessary documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Research the location of documents upon request, providing excellent communication and follow-through

Requirements
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
* Excellent English-speaking skills, including the ability to read and write in English
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft programs and strong internet connectivity
* Positive, high-energy, and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* NetSuite or CRM experience preferred, but not required

Experience
* Customer Service: 2 years (preferred), with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues
