Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at BizLink Holding Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the receipt and processing of customer orders, generating customer invoices, and collaborating with our production, planning, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Generate customer invoices and collaborate with our production, planning, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Run reports on sales, shipping, delivery, and inventory to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
- Proven skills with MS Office programs, especially Excel
- PC proficiency, including MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel
