Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 253 Kone Mexico S.A. De C.V. as a key member of our maintenance operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling field service operations in their area, ensuring customer satisfaction, equipment safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control field service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Accountable for equipment safety and performance, including resolving customer service quality complaints and invoicing issues.
- Responsible for the delivery of service according to service contract requirements, time limits, and KONE quality standards.
- Manage and control field operations costs and CMII, including callouts and service repairs sales.
- Responsible for proximity stock content and value, as well as managing third-party inspections and follow-up actions.
- Validate service contract technical terms with sales personnel and support the maintenance of foreign equipment.
- Responsible for solving and closing open callouts, reacting to stopped equipment and safety issues, and reducing callouts in their area.
- Review and approve callout and service repairs invoices, and ensure timely completion of planned maintenance visits.
- Responsible for planned maintenance scheduling and optimized routing, site audits, and investigating accidents.
- Manage and control overtime, including technician timesheet validation and equipment assignment.
- Define and manage technician performance objectives, motivation, and competence development.
- Responsible for technician hiring and selection, as well as defining and authorizing replacement of tools, vans, and instruments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, administration, or a similar field.
