Sales Development Representative + Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative + Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Medium. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Sales Outreach: Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- CRM Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Technical Requirements: USB headset with noise cancellation feature, working webcam, and a reliable internet connection.
