Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex Java-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks to document solutions and best practices
- Monitor system logs, error messages, and alerts to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support and ensure seamless system operation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to provide expert-level support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1-3+ years of experience in software development and production management
- Strong knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux environments, and SQL
- Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to drive solutions with app dev teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with Big Data and Analytics solutions, including Spark, Hadoop, and HDFS
- Experience with Cloud-based solutions, including public cloud providers
- Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, and Microservices-based architecture
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
