About the Position

**Job Title:** Customer Service and Order Management Specialist

Location: Mexico

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Order Management Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Confirm receipt of purchase orders and provide regular updates on order status to customers.
  • Coordinate shipping information and communicate with customers regarding delivery details.
  • Handle logistics-related claims and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery logistics, and customer contact information.
Requirements
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping logistics regulations.
  • Ability to work with order processing software and shipment tracking.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or as a customer service representative.
  • Excellent telephone skills and active listening ability.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $1,000 - $1,300 per month, negotiable depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
