Travel Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Travel Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through detailed research and resolution of their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently address member concerns through thorough research and tracking of individual incidents.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable resolutions with members while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and minimizing cost impact to the company.
- Provide technical assistance to members using internal technology and vendors' portals to obtain information and resolutions.
- Handle travel customer service requests and follow up on resolution of member problems referred by other departments.
- Answer all phone calls from members already booked into any of our travel programs.
- Responsible for meeting all department daily statistical requirements, such as Adherence, call handling, talk time, monitoring, etc.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with travel-related products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. You must also have outstanding work ethics, passion for service, positive attitude, and willingness to go that extra mile to ensure member satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires sitting for extended periods of time speaking on the phone and working on a PC. Data entry is not constant, and employees receive regular breaks and lunchtime.
Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
