About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional technical and medical information to clients, ensuring their needs are met with quality service.

Job Description

In this role, you will analyze client inquiries, researching complex medical and technical information to formulate accurate and concise responses. Your expertise in organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines will ensure seamless interaction with clients, while your excellent communication skills will facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing client questions and formulating accurate and concise responses using approved resources.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external contacts to resolve complex inquiries, drafting responses as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, combined with relevant experience in customer service, medical information, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This is an office-based role, requiring constant interaction with clients and colleagues. You will need to maintain a high level of concentration and adapt to changing priorities, with occasional travel and rotating shifts.

A competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role within our organization.
