Sales Manager

SmartFoam Machinery is a leading supplier of machinery in the foam packaging industry. We are currently undergoing a period of sustained growth and seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales across our entire product range, with a focus on promoting and selling our renowned die-cutting press machines to various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our full range of machines, with a focus on die-cutting press machines and newly developed machines including corrugated box machines.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and explore new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements by engaging in active listening and effective communication.
- Deliver compelling online demos to prospects, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our machines.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, with a strong background in selling die-cutting press machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position with 50% travel requirement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in selling die-cutting press machinery. Fluency in English is mandatory.
