Main Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Network infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Knowledge-Base documentation
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams and business projects
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience working in a Network role with an IT service department
- Accomplished analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with Cisco, Dell, HPE Aruba, Fortinet networking technologies
- Familiarity with MPLS, Zscaler, and SD-WAN networking technologies
- Knowledge of IT Security fundamental concepts and practices
