Main Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or received our direct mail offers.
- Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
- Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Debt Settlement.
- Excellent Reading Skills.
- Proficient in Reading Credit Reports.
- Reliable and Punctual Candidates Only.
What We Offer:
- $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on performance).
- Sign-on Bonus.
- Competitive Commission Structure.
Work Environment:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Enjoy your weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
