Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Coordinate and supervise all food and beverage activities, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
