Job Description
This role supports the Territory Manager in achieving divisional goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing territory sales plans and strategies;
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships;
- Acquiring new customers and increasing share in key regions;
- Delivering sales and distribution targets;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve customer requests;
- Negotiating and processing customer orders;
- Providing technical training and support to customers;
- Representing Boston Scientific values and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering, nursing, hemodynamic technician, or similar field;
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build long-term relationships and work in a hospital environment.
