About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in the global market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and experience in a remote sales environment.

Salary: $30,174.71 per month (before taxes)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Provide coaching and feedback to sales agents to improve their performance and skill levels.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize lead conversion and booking rates.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, estimated gross booking value (EGBV), and cancellation/no-show rates.
  5. Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  6. Ensure the team provides excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and complaints.
  7. Oversee the coordination of appointment bookings between dental/medical providers and patients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  8. Support sales agents in upgrading patients to higher-value treatments and promoting available discounts and promotions.
  9. Ensure accurate capture and documentation of patient information in the Zoho CRM tool, maintaining a high level of accuracy for tags, notes, and follow-up tasks.
  10. Monitor daily sales funnel activities, conversions, and projections, providing regular reports to senior management.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, including sales managers, marketing, content, and supply, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives.
  12. Facilitate regular training and coaching sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and new product offerings.
  13. Provide ongoing training on the Best Practice System (BPS) documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a sales team leader or similar role in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as required.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience meeting or beating sales targets.
  • Proven experience being in the 'top tier' of sales performance at your previous employers.
  • Extensive technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, Tollfreeforwarding), chat (LiveChat, Olark).
  • Familiarity and knowledge of dental or medical procedures (nice-to-have).
  • Excellent listening and writing skills.
  • Travel savvy.
  • International travel experience (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
