Application Support Specialist - Customer Service

Key Responsibilities
As an Application Support Specialist - Customer Service, you will:

Ensure dependable infrastructure and application operations align with business requirements across the application suite. Collaborate with application development teams to guarantee operational readiness for new applications and features. Work alongside stakeholders, including business teams, product owners, and project managers, to define application and process roadmaps. Promote continuous service enhancement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, striving to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs). Possess a comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application lifecycle management, and operational health management. Monitor and evaluate key operational and technical metrics related to business performance. Clearly communicate complex issues, concepts, and solutions to diverse audiences. Engage in significant initiatives such as large-scale upgrades. Collaborate with security, data center, and service governance teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and certifications. Maintain up-to-date documentation, processes, and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and demonstrate curiosity about emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile
You are an ideal candidate for the Application Support Specialist - Customer Service role if you possess:

Experience in supporting applications built on modern architectures and cloud infrastructures, including .NET, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, HTML/CSS/JS, Node.JS, TypeScript, jQuery, Docker, AWS/Azure. 2 to 3 years of experience in an Application Support Analyst role. Proven ability to monitor and analyze key operational and technical metrics.
