About the Role

DroneShield is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join its team as a Sales Manager or Sales Director, depending on experience, to drive growth and expansion in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on the defence and security sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set sales targets, develop sales plans, and track progress.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent DroneShield at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's expertise and solutions.
Requirements
  • 5-15 years of sales experience, preferably in the defence or security sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically distributed team.
