Pager Health is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to drive the growth of our business in the Mexican and LatAm market. This role will be responsible for the entire full cycle sales process, including prospecting, developing new business deals, and nurturing existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of complex B2B SaaS sales management experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to health insurance companies. They will be bilingual and able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, with a strong network of contacts in the health insurance and insuretech markets.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for creating lasting relationships with key stakeholders in target companies and developing successful proposals based on their needs and strategic objectives. They will also be responsible for driving the analysis and support strategy to drive forward new revenue opportunities for current and potential clients.

The role will require some travel (30-50%) and the ability to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment. The successful candidate will be passionate, talented, and mission-driven, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads for the Mexican, Caribbean, and Central America markets.
  • Drive the development of new business deals with healthcare payers, healthcare institutions, and providers.
  • Scout and find new opportunities to feed into the pipeline.
  • Create pitch decks and other sales collateral in a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead the analysis and support strategy to drive forward new revenue opportunities for current and potential clients.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings, trade shows, and onsite visits to clients as required.
  • Nurture the relationship with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue and value.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of complex B2B SaaS sales management experience.
  • Must have experience selling into health insurance companies.
  • Must be bilingual and able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Can create lasting relationships with key stakeholders in target companies and create successful proposals based on their needs and strategic objectives.
  • Can provide a strong contact network in the health insurance and insuretech markets and is willing to leverage it to source new logos and prospects.
  • Familiar with and can communicate effectively the characteristics, benefits, and limitations of various health and/or insurance technologies available in the Mexico and LATAM Region.
  • Business proficiency in Portuguese and formal Sales methodology certifications are a major plus.
