Key Responsibilities:


  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars to optimize time efficiency.
  • Communication: Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the employer, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare itineraries that align with the employer's schedule.
  • Task Coordination: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinating with other staff members and external contacts as needed.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, files, and documentation, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, upholding a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise, and troubleshoot problems to find efficient solutions.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and family-related matters, and provide general support to enhance the employer's work-life balance.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize various software and tools for organization, communication, and task management, and stay updated on technology trends to enhance efficiency.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software, communication tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
