Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing new prospects, and penetrating competitive accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by aggressively developing new prospects and penetrating competitive accounts.
  • Visit customers on a daily basis to highlight Waters solutions and help customers with their challenges.
  • Prepare business plans, territory plans, reports, and relevant product solution documents for customers.
  • Plan and execute customer demonstrations with collaboration of the demo lab specialists.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success.
  • Manage the product mix and pricing to meet desired targets.
  • Adhere to Waters and customer Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
  • Update the Compass - Sales Force - on a daily basis to ensure accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in scientific areas such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
  • Technical knowledge and practical solution selling experience minimum 3+ years in the field of Analytical chromatography or related.
  • Experience in a laboratory with a background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
  • Exposure within relevant field/industry.

Travel

A clean driving license and a valid passport are required. This is a territory-based position with traveling within your designated territory and occasional travel to other countries for meetings and training.
