Key Account Manager Job Description
At Encore Global, we're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales opportunities within the Sydney region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and business opportunities in the Sydney region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and untapped industry segments.
- Establish and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to track progress and forecast future sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the events industry.
- Prior experience in an events/sales environment.
- Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills.
- Strong hunter mentality and ability to foster meaningful business relationships.
- Qualification in Hospitality or Events is highly regarded.
