Drive Sales Growth

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team at McGraw-Hill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales budget and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly contact targets with prospects in the educational and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads based on profiles of professors, coordinators, and academic authorities aligned with our products, sourced from various channels such as marketing campaigns, social media, and cold outreach.
  • Manage all potential customer relationships using our CRM system and conduct virtual product demonstrations using video conferencing tools.
  • Negotiate deals effectively and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in remote sales, preferably in the educational or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients via phone or video calls, with effective communication and active listening being essential.
