Essity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Department Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our process engineering capabilities, providing strategic direction, and coaching our team members to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Engineering Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of process engineering standards, specifications, and best practices to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team of process engineers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex process engineering issues, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of process engineering principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience with process design, automation, and control systems.
