Central America Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Engineer to cover the Central America & Caribbean regions. A sales professional with HVAC industry experience is ideal for this opportunity. The selected candidate will have the chance to contribute to our company's growth by executing our sales strategy and building partnerships in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing our sales strategy in the assigned territory, mainly sales activities such as prospecting, visiting customers, requesting and sending quotations, closing deals, and after sales communication with the technical department and customer.
- Reviewing projects in own territory, coordinating and collaborating with inside sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of sales.
- Actively participating in local industry events such as Trade Shows / Expos to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
Requirements:
- Engineering / Technical / Sales experience.
- HVAC knowledge or background experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience demonstrating measurable and proven results.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications.
- Demonstrate fluent written and spoken English.
- Available to travel 30-50%.
- Strong presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
