**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead and coach a sales team within the designated territory

Deliver sales performance and relevant brand KPIs to meet or exceed district sales plan within expense budgets

Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching multi-brand sales team performance

Ensure regular development of sales team skills in product and sales knowledge areas

Manage cross-functional cooperation and lead effective multidisciplinary in-field teams

Continuously build understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, products, and clinical expertise

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Proven track record of success in pharma/consumer/beauty sales and sales management
