Business Development Manager for Mexico and Central America

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico and Central America. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Manage a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure long-term relationships and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Finance degree or equivalent experience in sales or finance
- Proven sales and leadership experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluent English language skills, with Portuguese language skills a plus
