Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by creating and executing ambitious sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow business with existing customers while aggressively hunting for new accounts
  • Nurture customer relationships in a competitive marketplace
  • Prospect and manage a pipeline to hit challenging targets
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to maintain customer and distributor relationships

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' field/outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding production goals
  • Self-motivated and effective working independently or as part of a team
  • Exceptional sales negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
