Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Sourcing Specialist - Contract Management to join our team at Baker Hughes Gruppe. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing indirect sourcing contract details, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Create and drive third-party suppliers contract management strategies for Digital Technology sourcing organization in alignment with Baker Hughes' Digital vision.
- Compliance and Performance Monitoring: Monitor suppliers' and Baker Hughes' compliance and performance against established contracts and policies.
- Contract Data Analysis: Lead the process design for the collection and analysis of global contract data for Digital Technology sourcing organization.
- Liaison and Negotiation: Act as the liaison between suppliers and Baker Hughes on contract compliance and auditing matters, and participate in negotiations with suppliers during the sourcing review.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sourcing leadership at the highest levels and wider internal stakeholders such as finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts in the negotiation and execution of high-value contracts.
- Program Management: Oversee more complex Sourcing programs & initiatives, defined as primary projects of substantial monetary value, with significant stakeholder interface, and develops formal supplier agreements and contracts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, college, or high school diploma.
- Experience: At least 6 years of direct work experience with at least 3 years in Sourcing/Procurement roles, and 2 years of experience in directly negotiating Sourcing contracts.
- Desirable Skills: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Contract Database Management for 3rd party suppliers, and expertise in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
