Business Development Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help drive growth and expansion of our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and expand our customer base;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
