**Job Summary**

As a Regional Sales Officer at ENGIE, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region. Your primary objective will be to implement and execute the sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales margin goals and growth forecasts for gas and power solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in each region, positioning ENGIE as a key player in the energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline and increase revenues and profitability for the business.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customers, competitors, industry, and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to the sales team, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
