Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in the Italian market.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers to align sales efforts and drive business results.

- Motivate and engage the SDR team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Work closely with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement teams to implement best practices and tools to drive sales productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead in a B2B sales environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proactiveness and motivation.
- Strong sales capabilities and leadership skills.
- Passion for technology and sales.
- Knowledge of the HR industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a strong plus.
