About the Role

In this opportunity as a Professional Sales Director, you will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of field sales roles to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention, and organizational objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategy to maximize current and future growth of products and solutions.
  • Design and develop strategies to increase market share and grow short and long-term business through management of the segment.
  • Lead a commercial team and motivate sales team members.
  • Responsible for the sum of individual sales quotas.
  • Position corporate solutions and coordinate value propositions.
  • Develop a sales team.
  • Align efforts with presales, sales excellence, and marketing teams.
  • Protect company values and work ethics.
  • Develop strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
  • Build and report sales progress continuously.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years as a people manager.
  • At least 5-year quota carrier with accomplished proof.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Leadership and people-oriented.
  • Information technology acquainted.
  • Understand and track performance analytics.
