Strategic Customer Success Manager for E-commerce Expansion

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Menlo Ventures. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive customer success, net retention, and expansion within our portfolio of e-commerce accounts.
As a trusted advisor with deep product knowledge, you will combine technology expertise, business acumen, and passion for customer success to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients and drive continuous improvement for our organization.
The successful candidate will oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of assigned clients. They will leverage their knowledge of our platform to advise on best practices around product usage, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the customer lifecycle and client satisfaction
- Leverage knowledge of the Signifyd platform to advise on best practices
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans
- Closure of renewals and pursuit of additional expansion opportunities
- Swift resolution of account issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management and/or Account Management
- Technology background required
- Proven customer management experience with large and complex accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (and proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish)
- Analytical and metrics-driven work style
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop associated action plans
- Deep experience generating and manipulating data for internal and external presentations
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
