About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership with key metrics, forecasts, and insights to drive critical business decisions.
- Centralize and analyze all customer data to create actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain metric dashboards to track customer health and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver customer-first outcomes.
- Partner with sales and central operations teams to improve sales productivity and enhance business processes.
- Configure and maintain CS tools to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations.
- 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and statistical modeling.
- Proven ability in business process design and improvement initiatives, automation of operational tasks, and prioritization of high-impact activities.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering business reviews, performance scorecards, and KPIs.
- Subject matter expertise in CS tools including Gainsight, Salesforce, G-Suite, and other SaaS tools.
- Proficiency in SQL required.
