About This Opportunity

This role is an exceptional chance to make a meaningful impact at Salesforce, Inc., as a Customer Success Manager. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with key accounts to drive success and growth. Your expertise in technical customer success, SaaS platforms, or project leadership will enable you to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned accounts to maintain a focus on customer business goals and improve overall technical and operational health.
  • Maintain awareness of customer key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and account teams, leveraging knowledge of the Salesforce platform to translate business needs into solutions.
  • Proactively set customers up for success through optimization of the platform, particularly during critical peak events.
  • Occasionally act as a point of contact for major incidents, owning customer expectations and communications throughout resolution.

What You'll Achieve

  • Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal, and expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform by coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services and providing timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance.
