Customer Success Account Manager

Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring long-term retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Become a champion of ERM Libryo's vision and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Deploy large-scale projects, identifying opportunities for customer expansion and growth.
- Manage the administrative and data infrastructure of your customer portfolio, including contact, company, and deal data in our CRM, as well as user, customer, team, and organization data in the ERM Libryo Platform.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Customer Success team, including creation and closing of customer query tickets, logging and capturing all communications with customers, and handling live-chat user queries.
- Perform generic online training sessions for new and existing users, generating and distributing monthly internal and external reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of account management or customer success experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- A keen interest in SaaS and technology.
- A completely customer-centric approach.
- An eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask and work independently.
- A 3/4-year business degree, preferably with a legal background.
