Job Overview

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Service Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in assigned accounts.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Growing client satisfaction and revenue for assigned customer accounts
  • Producing annual business operating plans and business performance reports
  • Tracking key milestones and ensuring TGCS meets commitments
  • Supporting business leads through new business initiatives and account onboarding
  • Growing business relationships and Global Services footprint in assigned accounts or region
  • Implementing continuous improvement plans in all service areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience, 3 years in retail and TI industry
  • Project Manager Certified (PMP) for PMI or ITIL
  • MS Project experience
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
  • Customer-facing experience
