Job Overview
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Service Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in assigned accounts.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Growing client satisfaction and revenue for assigned customer accounts
- Producing annual business operating plans and business performance reports
- Tracking key milestones and ensuring TGCS meets commitments
- Supporting business leads through new business initiatives and account onboarding
- Growing business relationships and Global Services footprint in assigned accounts or region
- Implementing continuous improvement plans in all service areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Project Management experience, 3 years in retail and TI industry
- Project Manager Certified (PMP) for PMI or ITIL
- MS Project experience
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Customer-facing experience
