Key Responsibilities- Provide operational guidance and support to franchisees to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and training to franchisees.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales and profitability across the franchise network.
- Collaborate with franchisees to identify opportunities for improvement and provide customized direction to achieve individual store and territory goals.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership or operations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and analyze business data.
- High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
