Strategic University Partnerships Manager

As a trusted partner, you will work closely with top universities to support their student recruitment goals, fostering strong relationships and driving results-driven collaborations.
You will be responsible for connecting with key stakeholders, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative campaigns to engage international students. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively present results, facilitate meetings, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Achieving success in this role requires a deep understanding of the global student recruitment landscape, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work collaboratively with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT) to dive into data insights, champion change, and drive business growth.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Supporting the full cycle of client journeys, from onboarding to campaign implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Sharing intelligence with clients through reports and projections.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with senior account managers, and assuming sales responsibilities when required.
- Fostering lasting connections with partners' representatives to better meet their needs and achieve strategic objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our North America Business Unit, working with over 40 universities across the region. As a valued member of our Client Success team, you will contribute to the growth of this critical division and enjoy a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to balance remote work with time in our office in Monterrey, Mexico.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Near-native level of English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and internal systems, with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally, while embracing an international environment and contributing to a culture of hard work and fun.
