Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
