Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key customers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Managing and optimizing sales operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English language, intermediate to advanced level.
