Strategic Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Transformation Lead to join our team at ADP, Inc. This is a senior-level role that will be responsible for driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business units or the organization as a whole.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business unit leaders, global solutions organization, and cross-functional teams to achieve a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on developing key work streams of continuous improvement projects, overseeing the execution of innovation and strategic initiatives, and ensuring that continuous improvement approaches are delivered in accordance with project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities- To develop key work streams of continuous improvement projects in close liaison with identified stakeholders, service improvement, and efficiency savings.
- To oversee the execution of innovation and strategic initiatives and ensure that continuous improvement approaches are delivered in accordance with project management best practices, including quality feasibility studies, business cases, and timelines for evaluation of continuous improvement projects.
- To support large-scale enterprise-wide projects that incorporate proactive and innovative solutions to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- To ensure appropriate links with other projects and strategies are aligned and ensure that ownership across the project team is established.
- To provide governance structure ensuring accountability and enabling predictability of outcomes of each transformation initiative.
- To develop and mentor project managers directly reporting to this role and manage day-to-day project team members in line with project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading continuous improvement and business transformation projects, program, and project management in large complex environments. They should possess strong consultative and interpersonal skills, including negotiation skills, with the ability to drive clarity and results when faced with significant ambiguity.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Process Improvement and Transformation Projects using LEAN, 6-Sigma, and similar frameworks.
- Six Sigma (Green minimum) certification.
- Substantial experience of leading continuous improvement and business transformation projects in large complex BPO/KPO environments.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop qualitative and quantitative approaches/methodologies for identifying and assessing various options to address these problems.
