At adidas, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. This is a high-visibility role that will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across key accounts.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth across key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide regular reporting and updates on business performance to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
