Customer Service Process Specialist

As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our order management processes and driving gold standard customer service across Argentina.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring day-to-day order processing for Argentina, including order confirmation, reporting, and decision-making support activities.
- Providing stock check validation to create deliveries in our system.
- Synchronizing the supply network to define, implement, monitor, and achieve continuous improvement of the 'Order to Cash' process.
- Backfilling other Order Management Analysts on vacations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a working knowledge of order processing and the order life-cycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate-level English are also required.
