We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Strategist to join our Labor and Employee Relations team in LATAM. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive employee and labor relations environment for all of our associates.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.

Key responsibilities will include leading complex investigations into employee relations matters, providing guidance and recommendations to management on appropriate resolution strategies and corrective actions, and designing best-in-class comprehensive training programs on topics such as conflict resolution, positive associate training, and workplace conduct.

Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a specialist on labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements, and provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a flexible, remote-friendly work environment, paid holidays, and a permissive paid time off policy emphasizing flexibility and trust.
