Citi seeks a seasoned Labor Relations Manager to provide strategic leadership and guidance in employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, practices, and regulations. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies to minimize grievances and disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Citi's employee relations strategy to prevent and resolve individual employee grievances and collective labor disputes.
• Collaborate with managers, employees, and union representatives to investigate and resolve grievances, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Analyze and interpret bargaining trends, standards, regulations, and laws to understand their impact on the organization and develop effective strategies to address them.
• Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, government agencies, and other agencies to protect Citi's interests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and union representatives, to ensure open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, develop effective solutions, and implement them in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in labor relations.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
