Job Summary

As a Digital B2B Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, B2B sales, and market research. You will be responsible for creating and executing business plans that strategically build a robust portfolio of leads. Your ability to think creatively, identify opportunities through in-depth market analysis, and manage digital marketing tools will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic business plans aimed at building a strong leads portfolio.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and create actionable insights.
  • Source and qualify leads, consistently updating Salesforce with accurate and relevant information.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and customer journeys to generate new, qualified leads.
  • Analyze company strengths and capabilities to formulate effective strategies.
  • Evaluate campaign and strategy results, offering solutions for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Reps, assigning qualified leads and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Monitor lead activity in Salesforce, facilitating high-rotation leads and promoting feedback from the Sales team.
  • Maintain a proactive follow-up process for all target companies to foster strong relationships.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in managing digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of creating successful mailing campaigns and generating high volumes of business leads.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English (business level non-negotiable).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $28, $35,000.00 per month and a hybrid remote work arrangement in 03900, Ciudad de México, CDMX.
