- Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Work independently to drive best practices and excellence in delivery.
- Contribute to the development of the technical direction of the Service Management team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a professional services or customer experience role.
- Master's degree and relevant certifications may be considered as bridging the gap.
- Previous experience with Cloud SaaS Management and Change Management solutions (e.g. Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical decisions with tactical delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
