About the Role

Cisco Systems is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Engineer to join our team. As a Service Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and management of our SaaS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes for managing services, licenses, and accounts to control access to organizational resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with the latest technological trends.
  • Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Work independently to drive best practices and excellence in delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the technical direction of the Service Management team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services or customer experience role.
  • Master's degree and relevant certifications may be considered as bridging the gap.
  • Previous experience with Cloud SaaS Management and Change Management solutions (e.g. Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical decisions with tactical delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
