About the Role

As a Contract Administrator at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial aspects of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, accuracy of project records, and adherence to financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
  • Verify the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements in project reporting and controlling activities.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to set up contract and claim management in the project.
  • Support the Contract Manager in identifying, evaluating, and assessing commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Support commercial project team members in adhering to Business Conduct Guidelines and promoting a culture of trust and integrity.
  • Handle sub-supplier and contractor purchase orders, verify supplier invoices, and perform cost controlling for the project.
  • Support documentation for customer invoicing and other financial aspects of the project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Project Finance role.
  • Detailed understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Query, as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
