Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our Network Infrastructure group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' networks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers on critical or high-impact problems
- Lead customer-facing activities and resolve high-priority escalations
- Control and follow up on customer meetings, reporting, and metrics
- Support L2/3 ticketing, issue reproduction, and technical reporting
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex technical issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of experience in support and troubleshooting of Fixed Network Access products
- Strong technical knowledge of networking basics, Unix commands, and scripting
- Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency to communicate effectively
- A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Systems, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
